About Our Opportunity

As a member of our specialist contracts team, you will work as part of a large, supportive, and effective team dedicated to helping our clients. Your responsibilities will include answering client queries over the phone, responding to clinical emails, and updating important case files. As the initial voice of Onebright, it is essential to demonstrate professionalism, knowledge, and empathy to guide and reassure our clients through their mental health journey.


What We Need From You

* Experience working in the healthcare sector is desirable but not essential.
* At least 1 year of admin experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* At least 1 year of experience communicating via phone or email with clients and stakeholders.
* Resilience given the nature of our work.
* Proficiency in admin and IT systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high service levels.
* Adaptability to changing business needs.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with process adherence and accurate data processing skills.
