Visual Designer: Brand / Multimedia role at PayByPhone within Corpay. Location: Hatfield.
Corpay is looking to hire a Visual Designer; Brand / Multimedia within our PayByPhone division. This position falls under our International Vehicle Payments line of business and is located in Hatfield. You will join a mission to simplify parking for drivers and shape the brand experience across B2B and B2C audiences.
What We Need
You’ll report directly to the Global Marketing Director with an indirect line to the Design Director at Corpay, while working closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Client teams at PayByPhone and Corpay design teams.

Role Responsibilities
* Brand experience – Design for B2B and B2C audiences, ensuring our brand resonates across different customer groups.
* Creative campaigns – Concept, design, and deliver assets across channels: OOH, social, web, digital ads, email, events, and video.
* Visual storytelling – Transform complex product and marketing messages into clear, engaging visuals.
* Cross-channel execution – Own design delivery from concept to production across digital, print, events, and experiential environments.
* Brand identity & consistency – Contribute to evolving our visual identity in line with PayByPhone’s global brand guidelines.
* Performance-driven design – Collaborate with Marketing to test creative impact, iterate, and optimise campaigns and sales materials.
* Collaboration – Partner with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Events for unified outcomes.
* Creative leadership – Elevate creative quality and champion innovative design thinking.
* Process organisation – Establish workflows and manage design timelines, including brand asset management and adoption within the organisation.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience as a visual, brand, or multimedia designer
* Strong in concept development, typography, composition, motion, and modern aesthetics
* Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with execution
* Proven track record creating multi-channel assets (OOH, digital, social, web, video)
* Web design expertise and experience with Webflow
* Experience with brand systems
* Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, and motion tools
* Detail-oriented, consistent, and able to manage multiple projects smoothly
* Comfortable collaborating in distributed teams
* Bonus: Experience using AI tools for creative concepting
