Your new role
1. Provide switchboard services, answering, screening and forwarding iing phone calls, giving equality to the Welsh and English language.
2. Serve visitors by greeting, weing and directing them appropriately, maintain signing in book and issuing visitor badges.
3. Maintain and interrogate databases to provide information in an accurate and timely manner, including room bookings, cancellations and updating external attendee list.
What you'll need to succeed
4. Must be able tomunicate in the medium of Welsh
5. Experience of working in an admin and/or reception role
6. Excellentmunication skills
7. Excellent organisational skills
8. Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
What you'll get in return

11. DBS check is covered by the agency.
