A role with strong career progression within a stable, growing business The Role: Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee all phases from design and manufacturing to onsite installation. Design Coordination: Work closely with designers to ensure client specifications and industry standards are met. Manufacturing Oversight: Manage production processes to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of joinery components. Onsite Installation: Coordinate installation teams for precise and efficient fitting of joinery elements. Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear and proactive communication. Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and manage budgets and timelines, ensuring on-time and within-budget project completion. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Reporting: Provide regular progress updates and resolve issues promptly. The Person: Proven experience in project management within the joinery fit-out industry. Strong understanding of joinery design, manufacturing, and installation processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. UK driving Licence and able to travel 1 or 2 days per week.
