Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
Running a designated section and consistently delivering dishes to a 2 Rosette standard
Working with the freshest seasonal produce, including ingredients grown in the garden
Supporting the senior chefs in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, cleanliness and organisation
Helping with stock rotation, daily prep and contributing ideas for new dishes
