Product Sales Specialist – Total Experience (Hunter Role)


Location: UKI (London Area) / Remote | Business Unit: HCL Software


Solution Focus: Total Experience Portfolio – HCL Volt MX, HCL Leap, HCL Digital Experience


Are you a driven enterprise software sales professional with a passion for winning new business and shaping digital transformation? Join HCL Software as a Product Sales Specialist (PSS) focused on our Total Experience (TX) portfolio, and become a key force in accelerating customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration.


As a PSS, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, strategist, and evangelist for our cutting-edge TX solutions, helping organizations transform how they engage customers, partners, and employees across all digital touchpoints.


Your Role: What You’ll Own and Drive


As a sales hunter and subject matter expert, you will


Drive End-to-End Sales Cycles

* Own every stage of the sales journey — from prospecting to close — while building strong, consultative relationships with new and existing enterprise clients.


Understand Client Needs, Deliver Tailored Solutions

* Actively engage with prospects to understand their business objectives and pain points, proposing transformative solutions based on our TX portfolio.


Champion the Total Experience Vision

* Deliver compelling, value-driven presentations, demos, and workshops to audiences from developers to C-level executives, positioning the impact of HCL’s low-code and digital experience offerings.


Forecast with Precision

* Manage your pipeline with accuracy, leveraging tools and methodologies like MEDDPICC to ensure consistent forecasting and execution.


Collaborate to Win

* Work closely with Client Directors, SDRs, Technical Advisors, and Partner teams to co-create tailored solutions and proposals that resonate with target stakeholders.


Lead Strategic Engagements

* Act as a deal coach or executive sponsor on complex sales opportunities, bringing executive presence and commercial acumen to close high-value deals.


Enable Success Beyond the Sale

* Partner with delivery and services teams to design impactful Proofs of Concept (PoCs), ensuring seamless transition from sales to implementation.


Grow Partner Ecosystem

* Support enablement of strategic partners by developing their capability and enthusiasm to drive TX solution sales.

* You consistently exceed new business targets and grow wallet share in strategic accounts.
* You’re known for trusted relationships with CxOs and IT decision-makers.
* Your sales forecasts are as accurate as they are ambitious.
* You’re recognized internally and externally as a thought leader in the Total Experience space.



What You Bring: Your Profile


Experience:

* 5+ years of enterprise software sales or pre-sales experience, ideally in Digital Experience, Low-Code/No-Code, or Customer/Employee Experience platforms.
* Proven ability to hunt and close net new business in competitive markets.
* Strong knowledge of competitors (e.g., PowerApps, Mendix, Outsystems, Appian, Adobe, Sitecore, ServiceNow, Liferay, etc.).


Sales DNA:

* Consultative, value-based selling approach with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
* Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Miller Heiman, or Challenger.


Presentation Mastery:

* Comfortable delivering engaging, technical and strategic presentations to mixed audiences (IT, business, developers, executives).


Tech Acumen:

* Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of complex software solutions (especially HCL Volt MX, Leap, and Digital Experience).


Mindset:

* Self-starter with a growth mindset and high energy.
* Collaborative team player with entrepreneurial spirit and resilience.
