We’re seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with strategic vision and a proactive mindset to help shape the future of adult social care. Your Role:
As our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you’ll play a key role in driving Talent Acquisition initiatives. This is a hands-on and strategic role where you will drive operational excellence, champion inclusive recruitment practices and use data to deliver best in class candidate and Hiring Manager experiences. You will also be involved in:
 1. Deputising for our Head of Talent Acquisition making decisions independently and supporting the TA team.
 2. Leading Talent Acquisition projects.
 3. Collaborating with Managers to forecast hiring needs and align talent strategy with business goals.
 4. Collaborate with and develop external partnerships to develop our employer brand and candidate pool such as working with schools, colleges and universities, local councils, job centres and communities.
 5. Leading proactive sourcing campaigns to attract skilled, values-driven professionals across our organisation including leadership roles.
 6. Build strong talent pipelines through community engagement, sector networking, and digital outreach.
 7. Champion inclusive hiring practices and promote our values-led employer brand.
 8. Using labour market insights and data analytics to inform decision-making and workforce planning.
 9. Elevating our employer brand through storytelling, social media, and sector engagement.
About You
What We’re Looking For:
This is a pivotal role where your recruitment expertise directly impacts the quality of life for vulnerable adults. Some of the key skills and experience we are looking for include:
 10. Experience of leading Talent Acquisition related projects within an internal Talent Acquisition/recruitment function.
 11. Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes including Head Office roles within a fast-paced environment utilising a proactive direct sourcing model.
 12. A strategic thinker who anticipates future needs and acts before vacancies arise.
 13. A confident communicator who influences stakeholders and drives change.
 14. A data-literate planner who balances urgency with long-term workforce development.
 15. A passionate advocate for dignity, inclusion, and excellence in care.
 16. Experience of workforce planning and building talent pipelines.
 17. Ability to deputise for the Head of Talent Acquisition and make decisions competently and independently.
 18. Inquisitive with the ability to problem solve and offer solutions.
 19. Desire to learn and for continuous improvement.
 20. Highly customer focused.
 21. Right to work including visas and sponsorship/willing to work towards gaining this knowledge.
 22. People management and experience of working in the adult social care sector would be advantageous.
A driving licence is also required due to some travel to other sites some of which are not easily accessible by public transport.
