We are seeking a Brand & Campaign Manager to take ownership of campaign planning and brand positioning across our client portfolio. This role is ideal for a creative yet commercially minded marketer who can deliver integrated campaigns, strengthen brand equity, and ensure consistent messaging across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Brand Strategy & Positioning:
* Develop and implement brand strategies that enhance visibility, trust, and engagement within the healthcare sector.
* Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all client campaigns and touchpoints.
* Campaign Management:
* Plan, deliver, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, and events).
* Oversee creative briefing, asset development, and campaign timelines.
* Coordinate with performance marketing, content, and design teams to deliver integrated activity.
* Content & Creative Direction:
* Work closely with internal teams and external partners to create compelling campaign content.
* Ensure creative output aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
* Analytics & Reporting:
* Monitor campaign performance using relevant KPIs and provide actionable insights.
* Recommend optimisations to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
* Client & Stakeholder Management:
* Act as the key contact for brand and campaign activity across multiple healthcare brands.
* Present campaign strategies, updates, and results to clients and senior stakeholders.
* Build strong relationships with creative, PR, and media partners.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing brand strategy and multi-channel campaigns.
* Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with campaign reporting and performance tracking tools.
