Primary Objective of the Job
Ensure we are the best on the high street for delivering an amazing customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll report to the Shop Manager and sit within our Retail team.
* Customer Experience
* Meeting the A.C.E pillars (Be Friendly, Be Inspiring and Be Invaluable) throughout the customer journey.
* Understanding shop KPIs and working to continuously improve them.
* Promoting multichannel shopping using the mPOS to show products across channels and creating endless aisle orders.
* Engaging customers with our brand by signing up to email newsletters, tagging purchases to profiles, and sending e-receipts (data protection compliant).
* Using knowledge of promotions to inform customers and increase sales.
* Assisting in events including Customer Event and preview evenings.
* Product Presentation and Visual Standards
* Maintaining high in-store visual standards.
* Supporting floor moves, mannequin/window displays and replenishment.
* Understanding product features (fits, style, fabrics) to support buying decisions.
* Shop Operations
* Processing deliveries, replenishment, and stock availability on the shop floor.
* Supporting stock management processes such as stocktakes.
* Engaging with customers using company resources and ensuring daily/weekly actions are completed.
* Being a team player and participating in team briefs.
* Complying with Health & Safety and emergency procedures.
* Maintaining a professional approach to internal customers, head office, centre management and visitors.
* Fulfilling ship-from-store and Click & Collect processes accurately and efficiently.
* Doing Good Stuff
* Awareness of our charity partner and supporting related events or promotions.
* Understanding our approach to ethical sourcing and environmental impact to explain to customers and the team.
