* Must be of legal age to serve alcohol without supervision.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Assist with food preparation as needed, supporting the kitchen team during busy periods.
* Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
* Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.
* Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
* Perform basic maths calculations for drink recipes and inventory management.
Skills
* Strong understanding of food safety practices within a kitchen or restaurant environment.
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
* Proven ability to deliver outstanding guest services and enhance customer satisfaction.
