We're looking for a confident and customer-focused Client Resolution Officer to join our team. This is a field-based role where you'll be visiting customers face-to-face, resolving issues, and building strong relationships that protect and grow the business.
What you'll be doing:
* Visiting customers on-site to resolve queries and complaints efficiently
* Using strong face-to-face customer service skills to negotiate positive outcomes
* Managing your own diary and planning visits across your area
* Making confident, on-the-spot decisions to resolve issues
* Maintaining accurate records using internal systems/CRM
* Working closely with internal teams to achieve the best results
* Handling sensitive situations professionally and with empathy
What we're looking for:
1. 2+ years' experience in customer service, complaints handling, or negotiation
