About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the entry and processing of purchase invoices/credits for a large supplier base.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Entry of purchase invoices/credits onto the ERP system and using Ephesoft scanning software.
2. Manage supplier accounts and answer queries.
3. Supplier statements and GRNI reconciliations, including efficient resolution of differences.
4. Reconcile unallocated payments in a timely manner.
5. Maintenance of supplier accounts.
6. Prepare accounts for payment runs.
7. Any other ADHOC activities as required.
8. Maintain and promote a compliance culture throughout the organization to ensure the highest levels of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
9. Promote the highest possible standards of health, safety, environmental, quality, and product compliance, ensuring that compliance is an integral part of the business and our requirements and procedures.
Essential Criteria:
1. 2+ years experience in Accounts Payable
2. GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent
3. Excellent verbal & written communication skills
