What the Job Involves This role requires working on-site across North Yorkshire, supervising multi-trade teams involved in construction and highways maintenance. Responsibilities include managing site documentation, resources, and contractor liaison, leading Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) meetings, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and line managing operatives. You will also participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota. Skills Experience across multiple trades in property maintenance SMSTS, CSCS Managers Card, First Aid at Work, CITB MAP H&S Test Strong leadership and communication skills Enhanced DBS (Children’s Barred List) required Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel in North Yorkshire
