Technical Support Assistant – Key Department, Wythenshawe, Manchester
Full Time Position - 40 hours - Monday-Sunday rota 5 days out of 7
Salary £25,480 plus OTE up to £26,000
Responsibilities
* Give expert advice on all key cutting enquiries to our branch colleagues
* Update and maintain special transponder key stocks and equipment
* Communicate with colleagues to keep the Key Centre at the forefront of key development
* Taking special orders from branches
* Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
* Undertake or assist in project work as and when required
* Organise stock returns from branches
* Order stock and special keys from third party suppliers
* Learn all aspects of key cutting
Required Skills
* Excellent telephone manner along with a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service
* Strong IT skills
* Self-motivated with great attention to detail
* Able to use own initiative in solving problems
* Flexibility and ability to adapt to Department needs
* Existing experience within a customer support role is highly desirable, with a personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated, confident communicator who can work to deadlines and independently
* Full training will be provided
