Salary: OTE £70k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A property sales role with excellent earning potential: This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, dynamic and inspirational Estate Agency Sales Manager based in Crystal Palace.
We are seeking an established and experienced candidate with several years' experience, who is looking to develop their career within an established, highly professional, market leading local independent estate agent with successful offices in the Southeast London area and a business that is expanding.

You will need have an accomplished track record in property sales, a record of generating and winning instructions, and of managing and directing a successful team. You will also need to be energetic, proactive, good on the phone and great with people. Skills required for this Sales Manager (Estate Agent) role will include:

* Experience of managing a successful sales team
* Listing and business winning skills.
* Influential and motivational
* A high level of customer service skills
* Good telephone manner and positive attitude
* Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
* Knowledge of Southeast London areas helpful
* Full Driving License essential and own car preferred.
* Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
