Essential Skills & Experience:

1. Strong leadership and analytical skills, with significant experience in commercial strategy.

2. Experience of developing and owning revenue forecasts and department budgets.

3. Confident communicator, able to influence at all levels.

4. Hands-on experience in revenue management, pricing, and marketing.

5. Comfortable working with complex data to drive insight and performance.

6. A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

7. Any experience working on new Open Access services would be a bonus but by no means essential
