Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst and Manager to lead complex cases within their Disputes practice. This senior role sits at the center of our litigation, arbitration, and regulatory work. You will direct high-stakes investigations, manage teams, and work closely with counsel and leadership to deliver fact development that meets evidentiary and strategic standards.
This is a hands-on position suited to an experienced investigator who thrives under pressure, balances strategic oversight with detailed execution, and communicates effectively with legal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Complex Investigations
* Manage high-profile disputes involving litigation, arbitration, regulatory inquiries, and internal investigations.
* Develop tailored strategies aligned with legal timelines and client objectives.
* Direct source interviews, asset tracing, document reviews, and intelligence gathering.
* Produce client-ready reports for law firms, general counsel, and arbitration panels.
Innovate Processes & Methods
* Apply and refine investigative tools such as source vetting, event chronologies, and evidentiary documentation.
* Improve workflows to ensure efficiency in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
* Uphold investigative rigor and accuracy in adversarial settings.
Client & Case Management
* Serve as a primary client contact on disputes-related matters.
* Oversee investigative timelines, staffing, and alignment with counsel strategy.
* Advise clients on risks, fact gaps, and jurisdictional nuances.
Leadership & Mentorship
* Mentor junior staff and case managers in source development, document analysis, and legal writing.
* Share best practices on cross-border risks, evidentiary standards, and litigation-driven investigations.
* Strengthen team capacity for fast-evolving disputes assignments.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: Strong experience in managing complex investigations in legal, regulatory, or financial contexts; disputes/litigation experience strongly preferred.
* Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with evidentiary standards, litigation workflows, and cross-border jurisdictional issues.
* Leadership: Proven record mentoring and developing investigative teams.
* Attention to Detail: Track record of delivering precise, error-free reports.
* Research & Analysis: Advanced skills with research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER) and ability to synthesise large data sets into clear insights.
