Rutherford Cross is looking for an Interim Group Financial Reporting Manager for a 6-month period with its client based in Glasgow. This role will be reporting to the Group FC.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of qualified accountants producing group and subsidiary statutory financial reports
* Manage the relationship with external auditors
* Prepare group consolidated monthly management accounts
* Ensure all audit items are delivered and financial reporting is in compliance with group accounting policies
* Ongoing development of accounting processes, procedures and systems
* Have an active involvement in key group projects
Candidate Profile
* Fully qualified accountant
* Experienced in group consolidated reporting ideally from a medium or larger business
* Previous experience of leading and managing a small team of qualified accountants
