* Lead training programmes and produce guidance to upskill colleagues on commercial law topics.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives, including enhancing reporting and MI usage to drive efficiency and reduce risk.
* Manage outsourced legal matters, ensuring quality and value for money.

About You

You are a commercially minded legal professional who can simplify complexity and provide clear, pragmatic advice. You are comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and engaging with stakeholders across diverse business areas. You enjoy collaborating widely, driving change and identifying opportunities to improve how legal support is delivered.

What You'll Bring

* Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' post‑qualification experience in commercial transactions.
* Strong organisational skills with a focus on execution and delivery.
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
* Ability to operate flexibly across a broad range of commercial contracts and stakeholders.
* High level of comfort with technology and digital tools.
* Experience supporting Technology contracts would be beneficial but not essential.
