We are working exclusively with a highly successful consumer organisation that is looking for a Campaign Manager (Acquisition) to plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive growth, build trust and bring the brand to life across multiple channels.
This role sits at the centre of marketing delivery, translating business priorities into clear and compelling acquisition-led campaigns. It blends creative thinking, strong organisation and commercial focus, with full ownership from planning through to delivery and performance review.
Key responsibilities - Campaign Manager (Acquisition)
* Translate business priorities into clear, audience-focused acquisition campaign plans and calendars
* Lead end-to-end campaign delivery across owned and paid channels, managing briefs, timelines, approvals and reporting
* Bring the brand story to life through consistent tone, messaging and creative execution across copy, imagery and video
* Review and guide content to ensure it is engaging, on-brand and commercially effective
* Develop and improve lifecycle and nurture journeys that move prospects from interest to action and support retention
* Work closely with CRM and ecommerce teams to test, optimise and refine automated communication flows
* Create simple, repeatable processes that improve campaign efficiency, consistency and speed
* Capture insight from campaign performance and use learnings to continuously improve future planning and execution
Requirements - Campaign Manager (Acquisition)
* Strong creative judgement with the ability to produce relevant and relatable content that supports acquisition campaigns
* Proven experience delivering digital campaigns and managing content workflows end to end
* Experience working with and briefing external agencies
* 5–8 years’ experience across marketing, campaign management and digital marketing
