Overview:
The AssistantProject Manager plays a crucial role in supporting project planningcoordination and execution to ensure projects are completed on timeand within budget. They collaborate closely with the ProjectManager to oversee all aspects of the project and act as a liaisonbetween the project team vendors andstakeholders.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Assist indeveloping project plans goals andbudgets
* Coordinate project scheduling andresource allocation
* Track project milestonesand deliverables
* Support in conducting projectrisk assessments and mitigationstrategies
* Participate in stakeholder meetingsand communication
* Assist in preparing andpresenting progress reports tostakeholders
* Help in identifying and resolvingproject issues
* Oversee project documentationand ensure accuracy and completeness
* Support inmanaging project procurement and vendorrelationships
* Contribute to team building andmaintaining teammorale
RequiredQualifications:
* Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Project Management or relatedfield
* Proven experience in project coordinationor management
* Strong understanding of projectmanagement principles and techniques
