We now have an opportunity for a Technical Validation Assistant to join our ambitious and friendly team. In this role you will provide an effective and efficient planning application and validation service to applicants, developers and residents.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be an administration professional with sound knowledge and proven experience of using a document management system and all Microsoft Office products.
Responsibilities include delivering a planning application and validation service to applicants, developers and residents in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
* Administration professional with sound knowledge and proven experience of using a document management system and Microsoft Office products.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to deal with members of the public, developers and planning agents.
* Strong organisation skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a changing and pressurised environment.
* Knowledge or experience of the planning application process is desirable.
