An opportunity has arisen for an Identity & Access Manager to join the Frontier Technology Team on a permanent, full-time basis reporting directly into the Head of IT Operations and Security. Based at our head office in Witham St Hughs, the role will operate on a hybrid working pattern of 3 days on site and 2 days from home, with occasional travel to other working locations.
The successful candidate will be concerned with the shaping, directing and day to day running of Frontiers IAM processes including internal / external audit support and MI (Management Information) reporting to the IT Senior Leadership Team.

About You
11. Experience in Identity & Access Management policy and frameworks
12. Knowledge of IAM technologies (e.g. Active Directory, Entra AD, SSO, MFA, Secret Server…)
13. Knowledge of IAM processes (e.g. SLIM, RBAC, SoD, Compromised Access…)
14. Problem solving and reasoning skills
15. Communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
16. Leading others and prioritising workloads
17. Facilitating access related audit requirements
18. Experience of Microsoft products (e.g. Office, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook…)

Your Role
As an Identity & Access Manager, your role will involve shaping, implementing and directing the day-to-day IAM processes. (leading where necessary, doing when required):
20. Establishing controls for authentication, authorisation and user management, including:Provisioning of unique identities digitally tied to individuals (SSO, SAP, ERP etc)Maintaining policy compliance for privileged access and service accounts Maintaining user compliance across systems and services with RBAC and SoD requirementsRoutine management of SLIM requirements (Starters, Leavers, Internal Movers)
21. Maintaining compliance with access policy and audit requirements
22. Maintaining secure repositories and 3rd party access for external information sharing
23. Blocking / unblocking access to compromised accounts
24. Administering/supporting IAM technologies as necessary (Secret Server / CIAM…)
25. Administering/supporting IAM 3rd party capabilities as necessary (Okta / Auth 0…)
26. Administering/supporting IAM remote access technologies as necessary (VPN / MFA…)
27. Handling and dealing with IAM escalations
28. Supervising and supporting internal and external IAM audit requirements
29. Line management of IAM/Operations team administration staff (as required)
30. Cross practice support and collaboration with peers, seniors and business stakeholders
31. Publishing routine management information reports on IAM insight, status and trends
