About the Company

Squirrel is partnering with a fast-growing YC-backed startup building Computer Agents for Finance Operations, automating Finance Manager work for CFOs. Their product watches human processes in finance software to train the agent once, then automate on autopilot.

During YC, they were one of the quickest growing vertical AI companies, scaling to $240k ARR from $0 in 2.5 months. They've raised a $3.4m Seed Round from top fintech VCs including YC and 20VC, with Series A expected in ~1.5 years.


About the Role

* Drive revenue growth by owning the agents and services to deliver this
* Rethink what is possible for internal operations automation with AI tooling

Responsibilities

Near term:

* Own & automate reporting for GTM, customer activity, and investor updates
* Own & automate Revenue Operations in CRM across sales channel partners and active deals
* Drive growth initiatives (eg support strategic accounts, webinars, white papers, events)

Medium term:

* Build customer onboarding automation cycle (eg scoping, data recovery, meeting cadence, progress tracking)
* Own & automate Talent Acquisition operations
* Stand up new growth channels (eg paid ads, influencer marketing, SEO/GEO)

Future:

* Own P&L as part of specialization of responsibilities
* Potential people management, as part of a growing Growth team


Candidate Profile

* Built in personal time (e.g., side hustles, products, etc.)
* Bachelors degree from a top university in STEM
* Experience in top startups a strong plus (Sales focus even better)
* Experience also helpful in top Consulting / Banking / Investing


Ways of Working

* Willing to relocate to the US
* Willing to shift hours for Bay Area overlap (late start, late finish - evening can be remote)
* Occasional US travel
* 4 days per week in-office
* Lunch & local gym expensed
