About The Role
In this position, you will:
* Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
* Engage with prospects in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs and assess their interest in our products or services.
* Present product/service information, and schedule appointment for Sales team to go out and conduct a presentation.
* Address any questions or concerns that potential customers may have.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
* Follow appropriate scripts.
* Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.
* Contribute to a positive team environment
* Assist with other Call Center duties as needed.
* In office/Onsite
Key Qualifications
* 1+ year experience in a customer service or sales role preferred.
* 1+ year call center experience. Five9 experience a plus!
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft office.
* Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Excellent communication and active listening skills
* Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to achieve targets.
* Open to feedback for continuous improvement and growth.
