You will work within the school's Hub, supporting up to 10 pupils with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties (many pupils are non-verbal). This is a full-time position starting in January 2026 and continuing until the end of the academic year. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils with varied SEN profiles. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Use a range of strategies to support pupils with Autism, ADHD, and communication challenges. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and school staff.
