Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
* Site Security: Key holding duties and responsibility for the secure lock-up and opening of the premises, including monitoring access points.
* Maintenance: Performing minor repairs, basic DIY, and assisting with maintenance logs and scheduled checks.
* Presentation: Ensuring external grounds and internal areas are clean, tidy, and assisting with cleaning operations as needed.
