What We Offer
Salary:
Unqualified Teacher: £29,294
Qualified Teacher: £31,885 - £40,814 per year
(Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)
Contract Type: Full Time – 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What You’ll Do
* Teach and assess learners across a range of Automotive programmes, from entry level to Level 3
* Deliver engaging, practical workshop and classroom-based sessions
* Support learners in developing technical competence, confidence, and employability skills
* Use industry-relevant equipment and real-world examples to bring learning to life
* Maintain high standards of health & safety, safeguarding, and learner wellbeing
* Track learner progress, assess practical and theoretical work, and provide constructive feedback
What You’ll Bring
* A relevant Automotive qualification (Level 3 or above)
* Strong industry knowledge across vehicle maintenance and repair
* Experience working in the automotive industry and/or supporting learners or apprentices
* A commitment to inclusive teaching and learner success
* A teaching qualification is welcomed — but if you don’t yet have one, we’ll support you to gain it while you work
