Technical Project Manager
Travelfusion is the world's largest travel B2B content aggregator for LCCs (Low Cost Carriers) and FSCs (Full Service Carriers). The platform processes hundreds of millions of daily transactions, including tens of thousands of flight bookings, and powers the leading online leisure and business travel agencies, meta‑search sites, and travel e‑commerce sites. Travelfusion also offers shopping and bookings for hotels and rail operators and leads in direct payment and settlement solutions with tfPay, which manages payments and reconciliations for millions of air tickets. We are a dynamic SaaS technology company, rapidly growing, profitable, with 170 employees based in London, Shanghai and Thessaloniki.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong technical aptitude and a proven record of owning, managing and delivering projects. You will possess superb organisational skills, understand complex technical requirements, and find solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will build rapport with stakeholders and provide excellent support to both internal and external stakeholders. You will thrive in a dynamic “start‑up” mode dealing with diverse projects and challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the planning of projects and oversee the delivery.
* Assist in developing forecasts to best manage project resources.
* Produce project documentation.
* Schedule, attend and record meetings.
* Liaise with developers, QA engineers, customers and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered according to priority and timescales.
* Take ownership and follow through in an effective, timely manner.
Experience & Qualifications
* Previous project management experience essential (3 years+ in a technology business).
* Proven technical skills with exposure to APIs, e‑commerce and programming languages.
* Excellent communication skills – both spoken and written.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Able to liaise with wider stakeholders ranging from technical to non‑technical.
* Organised, methodical and thorough, with a passion for details and ability to learn fast.
* Proactive, flexible and able to meet deadlines and milestones.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Any previous travel industry experience would be very beneficial but is not essential.
