What will you be responsible for? As a Facilities Manager, you'll be working within the Jubilee Library team, supporting them in delivering high-quality facilities management services across the site.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Ensuring effective delivery of Hard and Soft FM services in line with contract requirements.
2. Managing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance across the site.
3. Leading and liaising with contractors and suppliers to resolve operational issues.
4. Overseeing health, safety, environmental, and hygiene compliance.
5. Managing budgets and supporting procurement processes.
What are we looking for? This role of Facilities Manager is ideal if:
* You have proven operational FM experience in both Hard and Soft services.
* You have PFI experience and are confident managing pre-planned maintenance.
* You hold a Health and Safety qualification (e.g., CITB SMSTS, IOSH, or NEBOSH).
