The role:
The Supervisor will assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store. The successful applicant will take ownership of a number of duties while ensuring that the store's KPIs are achieved. Furthermore, in the Manager’s absence, the Supervisor will be the first point of contact, responsible for motivating the in-store team to drive sales, offer exceptional customer service, and expose our brand to unfamiliar customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that customer interactions are natural, that the team are giving a genuine OMNES experience and be responsible for that journey.
* Ensure that values are in line with company guidelines.
* Ensure that targets such as conversion, ATV and sales are achieved
* Complete weekly trade reports and give quantitive feedback
* Attract and engage customers into making purchases in-store by making quick commercial decisions
* Alongside the store manager, operational duties in store e.g. delivery, cash handling and VM support.
