What you’ll be doing In this role, you’ll be focused on preparing homes for new residents, ensuring a smooth and efficient turnaround. You will: • Work across our portfolio to ensure properties are ready for re-let to a high standard • Take ownership of void properties, supporting a smooth and efficient turnaround process • Engage with internal teams and partners to keep progress on track • Build positive relationships with stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication • Use digital and smart systems to record activity and manage progress • Manage your own workload and schedule, balancing multiple properties and priorities What you’ll bring We’re looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused, and takes pride in delivering great results.
