As a Papermill Operative, you will be an essential part of our production process, responsible for ensuring the correct raw materials are used to produce high-quality paper products that meet our standards and customer expectations.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
* Perform daily equipment checks and report faults
* Maintain equipment to ensure smooth operation according to work instructions
* Maintain housekeeping within the Papermill to optimize space
* Collaborate with Paper Machine Assistants
* Support colleagues as needed and carry out reasonable requests
* Operate MHE equipment, including clamp and bale attachments, to move stock
* Relocate reels and bales efficiently around the Papermill
* Prepare pulp area according to product specifications
* Identify and report product damage or quality issues
* Unload trucks when required
* Complete all documentation accurately
Additional Skills/Requirements:
* Valid Counterbalance or other MHE license is preferred
* Team player
* Experience driving forklifts
* Good communication skills
* Experience in a busy warehouse or manufacturing environment
