What You’ll Do
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be a trusted advisor to our customers, providing expert guidance from the first enquiry through to aftercare. You’ll be the face of AGA Rangemaster, inspiring customers and guiding them through their journey to find the perfect kitchen appliance from a range of premium brands such as AGA, Novy, and La Cornue. You’ll provide expert product knowledge, excellent service, and drive sales in our Telford store, acting as an ambassador for AGA Rangemaster. You will welcome clients to the store, introduce them to the heritage of our products, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional, professional service that reflects the AGA Rangemaster brand
* Engage with customers, offering expert advice on our products
* Manage new and existing leads with continuous customer contact
* Develop and build long-lasting relationships with customers to understand their needs
* Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our luxury appliances
* Take ownership of your sales targets and strive to exceed them
* Actively up-sell to maximise sales opportunities
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a premium retail environment, preferably direct sales in luxury homeware or appliances
* Passionate about high-quality products and exceptional service
* A natural ability to engage, influence and build rapport with customers to take them on an unforgettable journey
* A target-driven and motivated individual with a “can-do” approach
* Team player to achieve store targets
* Flexibility to travel for training and to other stores for holiday/sickness cover
