Part of a family owned global business, the site on Tyneside has enjoyed success for over 40 years and this is set to continue in to 2023. The management mission puts the needs of others first and helps people develop and perform to the greatest extent possible.
THE ROLE
You will be operating specialist machinery and some of your tasks will include:
11. Learning how to operate specialist production-based machinery
12. Monitoring and documenting quality
13. Loading and loading materials
14. Learning how to set and operate machinery
15. Adhering to clearly laid out guidelines and following standard operating procedures
THE PERSON
The business is looking for people with a strong work ethic and the willingness and desire to learn. However, if you have the following skills and experience it would help your application:
16. Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
17. Machine setting experience
18. Reliability, punctuality, self-motivation and good team work
19. Adaptable to a continental shift pattern
