The Role
We’re hiring a Senior SDR to drive new-logo pipeline across the DACH region for a high-growth B2B SaaS business. This is a pure outbound role focused on engaging enterprise-level decision makers and creating qualified opportunities for the wider sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Outbound prospecting via phone, email and LinkedIn
• Engaging senior stakeholders across IT, Finance, Procurement and Operations
• Running high-quality discovery and qualification conversations
• Booking qualified meetings for Account Executives
• Managing and prioritising target accounts and territories
• Consistently hitting activity and pipeline targets
• Maintaining accurate CRM data and reporting
• Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams
What We’re Looking For
• Fluent German & English (written and spoken)
• 2+ years experience in an outbound SDR / BDR role
• Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
• Confident speaking with senior decision makers
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Target-driven, resilient, and commercially minded
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
