IT Desktop Engineer (2nd Line) with expertise in audio-video systems is required by a manufacturing company based in Chiswick and paying up to £40k.This position will be held 5 days a week on site, between the hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm. The IT Desktop Engineer who will be joining a team of seven will be responsible for all 2nd Line Support issues, providing support to all internal users including white glove support, assisting in project work, ensuring the smooth operation of their desktops, laptops, and audio-video equipment. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for desktop hardware, software etc Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and applications. Troubleshoot audio-video system issues and assist with conference set-ups. Assist with video conferencing system set-up and support. Perform routine maintenance on desktops for optimal performance. Document support activities and provide user training. Mobile Device Management Requirements: Experience in desktop support with audio-video system exposure. Proficiency in Windows 10 & 11 and troubleshooting audio-video set-ups. Understanding of network connectivity and protocols.
