Our Client
Simmons and Hanbury has been instructed by a FTSE 100 listed business as they seek to hire a Corporate M&A lawyer on an interim basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting on PE and M&A investments for the group.
* Dealing with large scale infrastructure investments.
* Providing strategic legal advice in relation to investment and regulatory related projects.
Experience Required
* Between 8+PQE in a top-tier Corporate team or in-house.
* Excellent and consistent academic record.
* Experience running deals to completion without supervision.
* Experience dealing with infrastructure investments would be beneficial.
