Key responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons, preparing learning materials and supporting students to achieve their full potential.
* Work closely with curriculum teams to ensure continuity and quality of provision, even during periods of staff absence.
Minimum qualifications
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area.
* Ideally a teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
* Strong communication skills, commitment to inclusive education, and ability to adapt to different teaching contexts.
