? Finance Assistant - Dartford
£35,000-£40,000 | Full-time | 100% Office Based (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) ?
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Finance Assistant to join our busy team in Dartford. This is a fully office-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has solid experience in credit control and Sage 50 .
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day credit control, including chasing outstanding payments and maintaining accurate debtor records
Process invoices, payments, and receipts using Sage 50
Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
Assist with month-end tasks, bank reconciliations, and general financial administration
Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc duties as required
Provide excellent communication to internal teams and external customers
Requirements
Proven experience in credit control
Strong working knowledge of Sage 50
Good understanding of general finance processes
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicator with a professional, friendly manner
Ability to work independently in a fully office-based environment
