About the role We are very excited to be opening a new store in Bath, in Autumn 2025. We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Supervisor to join and support the Store Manager in making this store a success. As Supervisor, you are responsible for supporting the Store Manager in delivering the company’s strategy and for proactively managing the sales performance of your store, by leading and motivating the selling team, developing and managing customer service levels and setting shop floor standards.
