Business Manager position
Overview:
An established car supermarket and leading brand in the automotive industry is seeking a Business Manager to add to their team.
Their responsibilities include but not limited to : qualifying leads and customers, manage finance applications, sell add-ons, and enhance customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for a sales-driven automotive professional with experience in dealership and/or car supermarket environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Qualify customer leads and match them with suitable finance options.
* Manage finance applications, ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Promote and sell add-ons such as warranties, paint protection and drive away insurance
* Deliver excellent customer service to drive retention and satisfaction.
* Work closely with sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in a car dealership – Advantageous.
Strong knowledge of automotive finance and add-on products.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build strong customer relationships.
