Position: Administrator Position Details: Contract Type: Temporary until year end Hourly Rate: Starting from £13.00PH Working Pattern: Full Time. Monday-Friday Your Role: You will support a busy office function in the preparation of multiple contracts and paperwork for external stakeholders. Your attention to detail and expertise in data entry will be vital in ensuring distributor details are accurate. Key Responsibilities: Update and maintain accurate records and data entry tasks. Assist in the preparation of contracts and other documentation. Review and note any amendments required to contracts Support the team in daily administrative activities. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient operations. What We're Looking For: Strong attention to detail-accuracy is essential! Proficiency in data entry and previous knowledge of Microsoft Excel Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask. A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
