Providing support to the Manufacturing Planning and Control function to ensure there are appropriate tools, processes, and policies in place.
Salary: Circa £47,500 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 3 days per week on-site due to workload classification

The opportunity:
Support the Manufacturing Planning and Control function by maintaining and improving tools, processes, and policies. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and supervising MRP Controllers in the Central Data Team
* Supporting and developing deployed resources and training MRP Controllers
* Controlling and auditing planning master data for accuracy
* Assisting the Master Scheduler in planning strategies and decoupling
* Using SAP to extract and interpret data, communicating insights
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams for process improvements supporting SAP and customer delivery
* Creating and reviewing requirement analysis documents and specifications for external consultants (DXC)
* Providing MRP support to the MP&C community
* Coordinating SAP queries, resolving issues, and proposing process improvements
* Testing new SAP functionalities and representing MP&C in related projects
* Maintaining policies and conducting audits for compliance
* Generating KPIs to support planning and business reviews
What we're looking for from you:
* HNC Level qualifications or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing planning, supply chain, or related roles
* APICs supply chain certification (desirable)
* Experience with MRP is essential; SAP experience is beneficial
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Attention to detail
