Account Manager
McCann London
Hybrid with 3 days working from our Bishopsgate, London office

Job Description
We’re looking for an Account Manager to work on global ATL brand campaigns and lead day-to-day activity for an exciting new client across a folio of brands for our biggest brands in the FMCG, Beauty and Corporate sectors.

If you’re an experienced Account Manager—or a Senior Account Executive ready for the next step—we’d love to hear from you.

We offer hybrid working and flexible core hours to help you balance work and life your way.

A bit about the agency:
We are 150 people dedicated to telling the truth and telling it well, because we believe when a truth is told well things change for the better. Fuelled by an obsession with truth and the richness of a connected network, our work lives on the edge of mainstream culture, building enduring brands, growing businesses and giving our people a platform to grow.
We’ve delivered joy with a little help from Snoop Dog, Katy Perry and Xtina and Latto for ‘Did Somebody Say Just Eat’, helped L’Oréal show people ‘They’re Worth It’, given everyone the right to access great quality food most notably with Kevin the Carrot for Aldi, and put a ‘Priceless’ tag on Mastercard, to name a few.

The Part You’ll Play as Account Manager:
You’re a team player who brings energy and focus to every project. Ideally, you’ve worked on large-scale ATL campaigns before and come from a marketing or advertising agency background. But more than anything, it’s your ambition, proactive mindset and positive approach that will make you stand out.
You’re someone who knows how to make things happen. You’re confident leading projects across multiple channels—from first ideas to final delivery—and comfortable taking full responsibility for key parts of a campaign. You thrive under pressure, keep things moving, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Specifically, duties will include:
* Act as the day-to-day contact for the client, managing all jobs through agency systems and procedures.
* Develop accurate and engaging briefs, scheduling jobs to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
* Build effective working relationships with all key departments, ensuring they are updated and work is in line with client requirements.
* Judge creative ideas for factual accuracy and relevance to brief
Ensure all creative work is signed off, proofread, and all mandatory requirements have been included before leaving the agency.

Manage junior colleagues on projects and oversee their workload to collectively deliver for the agency.
Detail: you’re all over it, all of the time.

A bit about you and your previous experience:
* Previous agency experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Executive working on fully integrated, global campaigns (including TVC).
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
* Highly developed organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
* A future leader. We’re looking for ambitious people who want to grow and progress (personally & professionally)
* A curious mindset
* A collaborative, team oriented approach, ready to work hard but also have fun
* A self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and seing a campaign from start to finish
* Trusted pair of hands that will get the job done
A bit about perks of the job;
* As well as the more standard benefits of holiday, pension, private medical insurance, life assurance and group income protection we offer:
* Three ‘Time Well Taken’ days throughout the year where we switch off collectively.
* On-demand 1:1 mental health and coaching support through MyndUp (alongside a free Headspace membership)
* Subsidised on-site massages, haircuts and manicures as well as cuddles from furry friends (we're a dog friendly office)
* Free onsite breakfast, snacks and drinks with regular ‘Lounge Nights’ in the office rooftop social space
* Lots of tools to help us grow from SPARK (our internal L&D platform) to LinkedIn Learning, as well as external opportunities with NABS, WACL and the IPA, amongst others
* Your birthday off – because who wants to work on their birthday?
* A tree planted in your name for every year you celebrate your McCanniversary
* A Cycle to Work scheme and facilities including showers and hair styling appliances
Discounts with partners such as Eataly, Merlin and cinemas as well as access to independent financial advice
