In this role, you’ll get to:
Lead & Drive Exciting HR Projects: You'll be a key contact for HR projects responsible for leading and driving next steps. This includes diverse topics like culture & diversity, employee experience, external community support events, employment law topics and learning & development. You'll have the chance to lend your fresh perspective and energy to impactful projects that make a difference.
Champion Employee Experience: Get to grips with the essential backbone of HR by providing key support to our HR team, including raising tickets, reporting platform issues and assisting with essential Employee Relations administration (e.g., minute writing and letter generation). You'll also support our team of HR Partners with company processes, administration and ensuring compliance with all the latest UK employment legislation.
Master Data & Analytics: Take ownership of data analysis, SAP reporting, and tracker management, with a keen eye for improving data accuracy and implementing report automation wherever possible.
Be an Internal HR Ambassador & Communicator: Act as a Personal Relations agent for the HR department, supporting with internal HR communication and promotion to profile us across the business. You'll also explore tools and techniques to profile our work externally.
Learn from the Best: You'll be mentored by experienced HR professionals who are invested in your development, providing guidance, support and a wealth of knowledge.

Qualifications
Right To Work: please ensure you have valid Right To Work in the UK status for the duration of the contract term. This is a 2-year fixed term role.
Our ideal candidate should:
* Be a recent university graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or another related field.
* Have a genuine passion for people and a strong desire to build a career in HR. You understand the importance of creating a positive employee experience.
* Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You can articulate your ideas clearly and concisely, and you're a natural at building rapport.
* Have exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. You can juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy in your work.
* Have a proactive and inquisitive mindset. You're not afraid to ask questions, challenge the status quo (respectfully!) and suggest new ideas.
* Be a team player with a collaborative spirit. You thrive in a supportive environment and enjoy working with others to achieve shared goals.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Have a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt. The world of HR is constantly evolving, and we need someone who is eager to keep pace!

Contract Duration: 2 years
Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour unpaid lunchbreak
