We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Management Accounts Associate to join our growing Outsourced Accounts team. In this role, you will assist in managing the day-to-day accounting and finance needs for a variety of clients, helping to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. About the role: Accurate weekly/monthly data entry to support real-time accounting Supporting the preparation of management accounts Balancing and maintaining ledgers with precision Processing monthly financial data in a timely and organised manner Collaborating with other departments to deliver seamless service Investigating and following up on client information in line with Service Level Agreements Identifying and escalating any discrepancies or anomalies in financial data Maintaining consistent communication with clients to meet record-keeping deadlines Ensuring all software entries are accurate and well-documented Attending college regularly and engaging fully with your study programme About you: You’ll be an enthusiastic and committed individual who is keen to continue to develop a career in accountancy. You should have a strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills.
