IT Compliance and Controls Analyst : CRH Europe
Are you ready to take your compliance expertise to the next level in a global organisation? At CRH Europe, we're seeking a motivated and detail:oriented IT Compliance and Controls Analyst to lead our compliance programme within the IT Infrastructure and Operations function.
As part of our high:performing technology team, youll play a crucial role in ensuring that all IT services meet regulatory and internal compliance standards : including SOX controls. Youll collaborate with stakeholders across Europe, work closely with IT leadership, and help drive process improvements that support business resilience and audit readiness.
What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the design and standardisation of SOX and IT compliance controls, identifying gaps and recommending improvements

Oversee third:party compliance assurance and contribute to the CRH IT control framework

Support our operating companies in aligning IT practices with audit recommendations

Report on compliance and control status to internal stakeholders

Drive continuous improvement in IT Compliance processes, working alongside Internal Audit and Financial Reporting Controls teams
What You'll Bring:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Risk or Security Management
:
Proven experience in IT compliance, audit, or risk : ideally with strong exposure to SOX testing and ITGCs

Solid knowledge of IT security practices and frameworks

Professional certification (e.g., CISA) highly valued

A pragmatic, analytical approach with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

A collaborative, international mindset with the ability to influence and build consensus
