Hours
Monday to Sunday - 08:00 - 18:00
The site currently operates on a 3-week rolling rota, working 4-5 days per week. There is an expectation to work 1 weekend in 3.
Salary
This position is full-time, with an annual salary up to £40,211 per annum, depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
* Work within a multi-disciplinary team carrying out comprehensive assessments, initiating and reviewing care plans, and developing treatment options
* Undertake medication rounds, and assess and treat patients who may have undergone traumatic experiences
* Assess patients' health needs using an evidence-based framework and be able to risk assess using sound clinical knowledge
* Work with individuals providing advice, support, and information, and manage a caseload of patients
* Monitor therapeutic responses to medication and potential side effects, liaising with prescribers as required

Requirements:
* NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse
* Experience working face-to-face with patients with complex mental health conditions
* Experience with psychosocial interventions, group work, and substance misuse awareness
* Experience working with learning disability patients
* Evidence of Continued Professional Development
