About the roleAs a Technician 3 with expertise in the IT domain, you will collaborate with our client’s Technical team. You will be responsible for Technical/IT support. You will participate in an onsite at client Filton walk-up “Tech Bar” support service three days per week, assisting client users with technical issues in person.

Shifts: 22/09/2025 to 02/09/2026
Time: Mon to Fri 9:00AM to 5:30PM
Location: Bristol
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Provide remote support for end-user incidents and service requests.
2. Perform remote software installations and troubleshooting.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
4. Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions.
5. Proven experience in a Corporate IT support environment or a similar technical support role.
6. Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems, Microsoft Office Applications User support and Fault fix – Using remote support tools and following scripted software installation processes.
7. The ability to follow a scripted Build Process and previous experience of following IT Hardware Asset Management processes to ensure customer-supported kit and peripheral devices are managed correctly.
8. Excellentmunication and customer-facing customer service skills previous experience is essential.
9. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
